Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation by Instructor: In the event that a yoga class or service needs to be cancelled by the instructor for any reason (e.g., illness, unforeseen circumstances), the instructor will notify enrolled students as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or refunds.

b. Cancellation by Student: Students must adhere to the cancellation policy set forth by the individual yoga instructor. If a student needs to cancel their booking, they must do so within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations may incur a penalty or forfeiture of payment.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Refunds for Cancelled Classes: If a yoga class or service is cancelled by the instructor and cannot be rescheduled, students will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

b. Refunds for Student Cancellations: Refunds for student-initiated cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy of the individual instructor. Typically, refunds may be provided if the cancellation is made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled class or service. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

c. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service: If a student is dissatisfied with the quality or delivery of a yoga class or service, they may request a refund or credit from the instructor. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the discretion of the instructor.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds:

a. Students must contact the instructor directly to request a refund or credit for a cancelled booking or unsatisfactory service.

b. Refund requests should include the student’s name, booking details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation (e.g., proof of payment).

c. Instructors will review refund requests in accordance with their cancellation and refund policies and respond to students in a timely manner.

4. Compliance with Listing Terms:

a. All cancellations and refunds must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by yogin.com.au. Students and instructors are expected to adhere to the platform’s policies and guidelines regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

b. Disputes or issues related to cancellations or refunds that cannot be resolved between the student and instructor may be escalated to yogin.com.au for further assistance.
